Kathryn "Kitty" May Crone, 99, of Middletown, VA, passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Evergreen Health and Rehab Center in Winchester, VA.  Born September 18, 1925, in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Merle J. and Hester L. (Cook) Feiser.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Guy K. Crone, Jr. They were married in 1948.

Kitty was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church in Hagerstown. She worked at Bon-Ton and Sears, and worked as a sales representative for Avon.

She loved to travel and square dance with her husband in their early years. And for many years, she loved and adored her faithful companion, Heidi.

She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Strosnider and her husband, Ozzie; her son, Dennis Crone; her sister, Betty L. Cordell; her brother, Cecil "Lee" Feiser and his wife, Sonja; loving grandson, Phillip Crone.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Peggy Thayer, and brother, Joseph "Jack" Feiser.

The funeral will be held at 12pm on Friday, March 28, 2025, at Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 802 Summit Ave, Hagerstown, MD. Rev. Randy Reid will officiate. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
