KAREN MARIE WILEY, 63, of Hagerstown, Maryland, passed away Monday , February 24, 2014 at Meritus Medical Center. Born November 27, 1950 in Hagerstown, Maryland, she is the daughter of the late Richard Barger and Peggy Barnhart. Karen is survived by her husband, Frank Wiley of Hagerstown; one daughter, Angela Heiden and her husband Travis from Winchester, Virginia; one son, Frank Wiley Jr. and his wife Kim from Falling Waters, West Virginia; three brothers, Denny Barger, Robert Barger and David Barger all from Hagerstown; three grandchildren, Adriane Heiden from Winchester, Virginia, Nikkie Wiley of Falling Waters, West Virginia, and Cody Heiden of Winchester, Virginia. She is preceded in death by her brother, Richard Barger III. Funeral Services will be held Friday, February 28, 11:00am at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd, Hagerstown, MD. Rev. Michael K. Louia will officiate. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 27, from 6:00-8:00pm at Minnich Funeral Home.
