Loving mother and sister, JUNE MARIE ARVIN WALLECH, 60, of Hagerstown, Md. died on Thursday, May 22, 2008 at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, Md. Born September 9, 1947 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Harry and Louella May Griffith Arvin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice W. (Butch) Wallech, Jr. on January 20, 2008. She was previously employed with the Washington County Board of Education in food services and custodial services at Salem Avenue and Winter Street schools. She was the loving mother of one son, Brandon W. Wallech of Hagerstown; and the loving sister of Shirley L. Hilliard of Williamsport, Md, Margaret B. (Peggy) Harbaugh of Falling Waters, WV, Barbara A. Handwerk, and husband Al, of Norristown, Pa, Donna L. Smith, and husband Kenny, of Martinsburg, WV, Linda L. Boward, and husband Bobby, of Hagerstown, Sharon C. Mackereth, and husband Larry, of Hagerstown; also the loving sister of Wayne E. Arvin of Williamsport, Md, Richard Glenn Arvin, and wife Betty, of Hagerstown, and James G. Arvin, and wife Vern, of Williamsport, Pa; niece Mandy House and family of Maugansville, Md, nephew Ronald (Pork) Wallech and family of Hagerstown, and several additional nieces and nephews; and sisters-in-law, Darlena Wallech and Clara Wallech, both of Hagerstown. She was preceded in death by her step-mother, Pauline I. Arvin. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p. m. Wednesday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard. Pastor Dr. Daris Ford will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p. m. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice, or the Humane Society of Washington County, 13011 Maugansville Road, P. O. Box 367, Hagerstown, Md 21740.
