Julie Marie Higgins, 50, of Clear Spring, Md., died on Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, at her home. Born April 13, 1959, in Hagerstown, Md., she was the daughter of Marie Marmaduke of Hagerstown and the late William Marmaduke. Julie was a devoted wife and mother. She is survived by her husband, Gary Higgins Sr.; and one son, Gary Higgins Jr. of Clear Spring. Julie was also a devoted caretaker of her pets. Memorial services will be announced at a later date. She will be greatly missed.
