JUDITH LEE BUCHANAN, 62 of Williamsport, Maryland, went home with the Lord Jesus, Monday, October 21, 2013 at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown. Born January 2, 1951, in Elkton, Maryland, she was the daughter of Ralph and Virginia Collins Shuler. She was a member of Church of the Redeemed where she volunteered as social pastor and secretary. She was previously employed with Hagerstown Trust and as a substitute teacher at Broadfording Christian Academy. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Robert "Pete" Buchanan; a son, Randy Buchanan and wife Sarah of Hagerstown; two sisters, Dawn Elaine Warren of Milford Delaware and Patsy Bass of Delaware; 4 brothers, Duane Shuler of Maryland, Sammy Shuler of South Carolina, Rusty Shuler of Maryland and Thomas Shuler of Pennsylvania; two grandsons, Conner Buchanan and Carter Buchanan; and a granddaughter, Caitlin Buchanan. She was preceded in death by a sister, Peggy Roberts and four brothers, Richard Shuler, Buddy Shuler, Larry Shuler and Frank Shuler. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. Hagerstown, Md. The Rev. Robert C. Jones will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery.
