Judith "Judy" Ann Bailey, 80, of Williamsport, MD, entered her final destination of Heaven on May 15, 2023.  Born June 11, 1942 in Laurel Point, WV, she was the daughter of the late Charles "Charlie" Franklin Huggins and Meryl (Trickett) Ebersole.

Judy was a 1960 graduate of South Hagerstown High School. She was employed with Maryland Correctional Training Center as a dietary officer for 18 years. She enjoyed doing puzzles, crocheting, cooking, and baking. She loved her family, and taking care of them meant the world to her.

Judy is survived by her husband, Hunter Elton Bailey, Sr.; two sons, Robert "Bobby" Thurber and wife, Cindy, and John Thurber and wife, Jana; two stepsons, Hunter "Elton" Bailey, Jr. and wife, Helen, and Clarence "Randy" Randolph Bailey and wife, Cathy; two stepdaughters, Brenda Dickerson and husband, Joseph, and Catherine "Kitty" Brooks and husband, George; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; brother, Paul "Tom" Huggins; and two half-sisters, Charla and Donna Jean.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Russ Ebersole, and two sisters, Sarah Korzun and Nancy Corbett.

The funeral will be held at 11am on Monday, May 22, 2023, at Emmanuel Baptist Temple, 16221 National Pike, Hagerstown, MD 21740. Pastor Emeritus Ed Hampton will officiate. The viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
