JUANITA MAE RAGER, 83, formerly of Hagerstown, Maryland went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 11, 2013 at Homewood at Williamsport, in Williamsport, Maryland, surrounded by her loving family. Born March 13, 1930, in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Ethel E. House Semler. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Rager, on June 27, 1985. She attended Church of Christ. She is survived by two daughters, Debra K. Burker and husband, Butch of Fairplay, MD and Virginia E. Rowe and husband, Robert of Falling Waters, WV; two sons, Ricky E. Rager and wife, Barbara, and Richard P. Rager and companion, Joyce Hilgeman all of Hagerstown, MD; one sister, Patsy J. Hays of Hagerstown, MD; one brother, Harold Semler of Fairplay, MD; six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, Maryland. The Rev. Jeffrey L. Shull will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
