Joyce Theresa Brown passed away on February 15, 2026. Born January 1, 1961 in Browns Mills, NJ, she was the daughter of Thomas and Catherine Soden.
After completing a successful career marked by leadership and dedication, she retired from the United States Navy.
She is survived by her husband, James Baker; son, Matthew; granddaughter, Amberlyn; sister, Elizabeth; brothers, Tom and Robert; and nieces, Crystal and Catherine.
In following with Joyce's request, there will be no services.
