Josephine Spessard, 90, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Sunday, November 23, 2025, at Julia Manor.

Born December 5, 1934, in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Charles Branchman.

She is survived by her sons, Roger Webb, Herald Spessard, and Merle Webb; her daughters, Patricia Whorton (companion, Leslie Moore), Barbara Kendrick, and Norma Earest; her sister, Sissy; seven grandchildren, Michael Baker, Jerry Webb, Chrystal Smith, Nikkie Smith, Heather Baumgardner, Angel Webb, and Jennette; and five great-grandchildren, Justina Baker, Tyrik Scott, Serenity Baker, Jaden Baker, and Donavon Rickett.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Cheryl Smith.
