JOSEPH WALLACE REYNOLDS, 81, of Falling Waters, WV, passed away Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Golden Living Center in Hagerstown, MD. Born August 29, 1934 in Frederick, MD, he was the son of the late Theodore and Edna Catherine (Seward) Reynolds. Joseph is survived by his wife of 61 years, Carol M. Reynolds; daughter, Karen Darlene Painter and husband, Rick; son, Richard Keith Reynolds and wife, Bonnie; five grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers. Services will be held at a later date.
