JOHN RALPH "PETE"BAILEY, 56, of 67 Stained Cedar Court, Martinsburg, West Virginia, and formerly a resident of Colliers, West Virginia, died on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at City Hospital in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Born August 9, 1952 in Sistersville, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Earl Robert and Anna Blanche Hubbard Bailey. He is survived by fianc and "other half", Nancy Allman of Martinsburg, WV, and formerly of Colliers, WV; step-daughter, Kelly (Allman) Jacobs of Martinsburg, WV; one son, Janson Bailey of Conway, South Carolina; one daughter, Ericka Bailey of Colliers, WV; one sister, Mary Ann (Bailey) Hoberek of Toronto, Ohio; one brother, Richard Bailey of Mingo Junction, Ohio; and a grandchild, Erick Velez of Colliers, WV. He was preceded in death by one sister, Patsy Allen , and two brothers Earl Bailey and Raymond Bailey. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a. m. Saturday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown, Maryland. Pastor Kenneth R. Jacobs will officiate. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 6 to 8 p. m., and one-half hour prior to the service on Saturday.
