JEFFREY TODD CRAMPTON, 51, of Hagerstown passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2015. Born August 17, 1964 in Hagerstown he was the son of the late Donald Glenwood Crampton and Betty Lou (Stine) Stoup of Hagerstown. Jeff is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Susan Mae (Heffner) Crampton. He was a member of St. Paul's Luthern Church in Funkstown. Jeff played golf on South High's team, Pony League and Little League in his younger years and was a skilled Mason by trade. He and Sue loved classic cars and riding their Harley Davidson. Collecting was his passion of whatever interested him and a love for all animals, enjoyed planting flowers, watching his vegetable garden grow and was a #1 Dallas Cowboy fan. In addition to his loving wife and loving mother, Jeff is survived by daughter, Jessica T. Mimnall and husband Chris of Boonsboro, MD; daughter, Jennifer T. Schaeffer and husband Travis of Hagerstown.; and his five grandchildren, Tierra and Cody Mimnall of Boonsboro and Tiffany, Taylyn and Taryn of Hagerstown, the loves of his life; grandmother who he loved so much, Leona S. Stine of Hagerstown; father-in-law, Lee Heffner; special uncle, Bradley L. Stine of Baltimore; step-brother, John R. Stoup and wife Robin of Hagerstown; step-sister, Marianne Stanley and husband Michael of Key Largo, FL; step-brother, David Stoup of Rehobeth Beach, DE and many aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to his father, Jeff was preceded in death by his step-father, John D. Stoup, very special grandfather, Ernest L. Stine and special grandmother, Margaret P. Crampton, mother-in-law, Nancy Heffner, brother-in-law, Ty Zombro, special aunt, Marianne Draper and several aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm, Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Minnich Funeral Home 415 E. Wilson Blvd. Hagerstown, MD. Pastor Bill Divelbiss will officiate. Burial service will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery, Hagerstown, MD. Friends and family will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Memorial donations may be made in Jeff's name to Humane Society of Washington Co., 13011 Maugansville Rd., Hagerstown, MD in memory of Candy, Brutis, Lug, Charlene, Otis and Sassy. Jeff had a heart of gold and was always there to give a helping hand when needed. Jeff, you will be in our hearts forever, we will miss you so much.
