JANE LUCILLE BURKER, 59, of 66 W. Church Street, Hagerstown, Maryland died on Monday, May 8, 2006 at the Washington County Hospital. Born June 16, 1946 in Washington County, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Phillip Edward and Sylvia Ann Welch Stuck. She is survived by three sons, Robert Plume, Harry Starliper and Ronald Starliper, all of Hagerstown; two half-sisters, May Rowe of Hagerstown and Peggy Cress of Virginia; a half-brother, Lester Smith of Hagerstown; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Wilson A. Starliper Jr. There will be no viewing. Memorial services will be held on Monday at 7:00 p. m. at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Blvd. Rev. Louis Emerick will officiate. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
