James "Rusty" Russell Arnold, 48, of Boonsboro, MD, passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021. Born July 28, 1972 at Andrews Air Force, in Camp Springs, MD, he was the son of James Rodney Arnold and the late Frances (Bradley) Arnold. Rusty graduated from South Hagerstown High School with the class of 1990. He loved to golf, hunt, fish, and was a bowler. He worked at UPS for 31 years in the Feeder Department. He was a member of Benevola United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Tammy S. Arnold; son, Logan Matthew Arnold; sisters, Wendy Marie Puglisi (partner, Deborah Magano), and Chrystal Irene Otterstedt (husband, Henry); nieces and nephews, Zachary Puglisi, Zoie Puglisi, Christen Sanderson, Karen Patricia Galarza, and Kendrick Shane Otterstedt; and his father and mother in-law, Charles "Chuck" and Susan Langenstein. In addition to his mother, James was preceded in death by his grandparents, Russell D. and Sylva (Stine) Arnold, and Roscoe and Rosie Bradley. All services will be private.
