ISMAIL (TURK) AZIZ, 86, of 17816 Pin Oak Road, Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Thursday, October 29, 2009 at the Washington County Hospital. Born August 28, 1923 in New York City, New York, he was the son of the late Mustafa and Yeagane Berkman Aziz. He was employed at Mack Truck for thirty-four years, retiring in 1979. He was a lifetime member of the N.R. A. He served as a volunteer fireman with the Stelton New Jersey Fire Department. He is survived by his wife of sixty-four years, Mary Aziz; one son, Gary Aziz, and wife, Betty, of Hagerstown; one brother, Mark Aziz of Metuchen, New Jersey; and two grandsons, Michael Aziz of Brooklyn, New York, and Anthony Aziz of West New York, New Jersey. Graveside services will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery on Saturday at 2:00 p. m. Rev. Christopher Moore will officiate. There will be no viewing.
