ISABEL GENEVIEVE SNAPP, 92, of Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at the Waynesboro Hospital. Born August 17, 1914 in Hagerstown, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Harry William and Emma Grace Rummel Suter. She was retired from E. J. Fennel. She was a member of the Washington Square United Methodist Church. She was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. She is survived by one sister, Ruth M. Wiles of Hagerstown; three grandchildren, Teri L. Blake, and Michele M. Rutherford, both of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, and Kristin R. May of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; nine great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, William A. Snapp, and one sister, Jane Craig. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p. m. Saturday at the MINNICH FUNERAL HOME, 415 East Wilson Boulevard. Rev. Dennis L. Upton will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 7 to 9 p. m. Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army, 534 West Franklin Street, Hagerstown, Maryland 21740.
