Iris Lucille Tobin, 81, of Hagerstown, Maryland, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2026 at Viva Senior Living. Born on July 6, 1944 in Hancock, Maryland. She was the daughter of the late George "Raymond" and Ethel Weaver.

Iris is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Robert Tobin. She leaves behind loving daughters, Kelly Vance, her husband Joseph Vance Jr., Jennifer Shelton, and her husband, Mark Shelton, as well as brother Rodney Weaver. She was a proud grandmother to Kaelyn, Megan, Jessica, Michael, and Hannah, as well to her Great Grandchildren, Jaylin, Chayce, Auden, Elijah, Zaely, and Harlow.

She was preceded in death by her beloved sisters; Nancy Hottel, Dora Hart, Betty Hammond, and wonderful brothers; Tommy, Eugene, and Bruce Weaver.

Iris was a 1962 graduate of Hancock High School. She took great pride in her appearance, always making sure she looked her best. She enjoyed spending her time shopping, crafting, and decorating her home. Iris found joy watching and spoiling all of her grand and great grandchildren. Her family was always at the center of her heart, memories spent with her will be treasured forever.

Iris will be celebrated on Monday, June 8th, 2:00-4:00pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD.
