INGEBORG R. RAMSEY of Hagerstown, MD died at her home on Sunday December 15, 2013. She was born April 12, 1927 in Nurnberg, Germany. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Heinrich Schwemmer of Nurnberg, now deceased. Ingeborg is survived by her husband M/Sgt (USA Ret) William D. Ramsey; sons William A. Ramsey and Colonel (USA Ret) David N. Ramsey; and daughter, Vivian F. Ramsey Boswell. She is preceded in death by her eldest son SFC (USA Ret) Edwin C. Ramsey in 2007.
