Howard William Weaver, Jr., 91, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2024, at Doey's House.

Born October 3, 1932, in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Violet Vivian (Eichelberger) and Howard William Weaver, Sr.

He worked for M.P. Mollar until they closed, then retired from Schleuter Pipe Organ Company in Lithonia, GA in 2009. He was a member of Williamsport Red Men Tribe #84 and Fairview Sportsman Club. He loved to hunt small game, especially with his father and grandfather. He also enjoyed being a part of reenactments with First MD Regiment, and Tombstone Vigilantes where he sometimes played Doc Holiday.

Howard is survived by his wife of 69 years, Shirley (Troupe) Weaver; two daughters, Linda Thompson and Sharon Steiner (husband, Timothy); three grandchildren, Tara Cook (husband, Michael), Michelle Francesconi (husband, Leonard), and Andrew Mellott (wife, Samantha); five great grandchildren; two sisters; and his dog, Sadie.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
