Hilda Jane Rhodes, 83, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Charlotte's Home.  Born March 30, 1942 in Cumberland, MD, she was the daughter of the late Edgar Revere Murphy, Sr. and Margaret Eleanor (Moses) Murphy.

Hilda is survived by her husband, Curtis Rhodes; step-daughter, Kristi Brunner (Randy) and family of Hagerstown, MD; her daughter, Eleanor Price (Donald) of Hagerstown, MD; her son, David W. Dick (Sharon) of State Line, PA; one grandchild, Jamie L. Dick; two great-grandchildren, Madison Hart and William Roach IV; and her brother, David Murphy (Linda) of E. Berlin, PA.

A viewing will be held at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD, on Wednesday, February 25, from 6:00-8:00pm.

The funeral will be at 11am on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at Minnich Funeral Home, with Rev. Errol Thompson to officiate. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.
