H. Louise Stotelmyer, 92, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Reeders Memorial Home in Boonsboro, MD from complications due to Alzheimer's Disease. Born December 7, 1923 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late M. Elizabeth (Sprecher) Watts and George Dewey Watts, Sr. Louise graduated from Hagerstown High School in 1941. She worked with Serv-U-Vending Co. for 10 years, and retired from Bon-Ton after 17 years. She was a member of AARP, and Emmanuel United Methodist Church. Louise is survived by her husband of 73 years, Robert C. Stotelmyer, Sr.; two sons, Robert Stotelmyer, Jr and wife, Mary of Hagerstown, and Rick Stotelmyer and wife, Bonnie of SC; two sisters, Elsie Sweigert and Martha Byers; three grandsons, Michael, Darren and Scott; two great granddaughters, Jessica and Leah; three great grandsons, Carter, Jonathan and Kasayus; and one great-great granddaughter, Nevaeh. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Lucille Miles and Betty Watts; and brother, George D. Watts Jr. Services will be held 11am, Saturday, April 2, 2016 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Rev. Randall Reid will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, April 1, 2016 from 7 to 9pm at the funeral home.
