Gloria Jean (Sneaks) Harvey, 58, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away at her home Sunday, September 11, 2016. Born December 15, 1957 in Oakland, MD, she was the daughter of the late Bradley Jackson Harvey and Mary Loretta (Sylvester) Harvey. Gloria graduated from South Hagerstown High School. She was a longtime employee of Funkstown Legion, Funkstown Tavern, and Canteen. She volunteered at The Washington County Hospital. She had a loving spirit and will be remembered for always putting others before herself, and her love of the little things. Her memory will live on through her two godsons, Keith and Willard Long; three sisters, Geraldine Harvey, Adelia Kay Harvey, and Gail Marie Harvey; two brothers, George Harvey and wife, Bimmy, and Robert Harvey; longtime friend, Mary Timmons; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her parents, Gloria was preceded in death by two brothers, Jackie and Richard Harvey; and one sister, Kathy Shank. Services will be held 11am Monday, September 19, 2016 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Rev. Bill Divelbiss will officiate.
