GLORIA ARLENE CHURCHEY, 72, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Monday, April 21, 2014 at her home. Born August 23, 1941, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Victor F. and Marion Eichelberger Milot. Gloria graduated from South Hagerstown High School with the class of 1959. She had been employed with Lennox Distribution of Hagerstown for 16 years. Gloria loved animals, loved to ride Goldwing cycles, loved working puzzles, and loved her family. Gloria is survived by her husband of 40 years, Robert Churchey; one sister, Charlene Branche of Mass.; two brothers, Richard Kenneth (Mike) Eichelberger of Hagerstown, and Charles Lee Eichelberger, Sr. of Big Pool, MD; mother-in-law, Betty Churchey; twelve nieces; ten nephews; twelve great nieces; eight great nephews; and special friend and guardian angel, Ronnie Flook. Services will be held 1pm Thursday, April 24 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown. Rev. Duane Musgrove will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
