Geraldine "Gerry" Intorcia Hesse passed away on March 17, 2020 at her home. She was born in Beaver Falls, New York to her late parents, Joseph S. Noftsier and Illma Noftsier Greenfield. She was preceded in death by her sister, Shirley; brother, Keith; and her husband, Henry "Hank" Hesse. Gerry retired from Ewing Oil Company in 1993. She graduated from West Carthage High School, West Carthage, New York. She was a member of Ladies of the Elks and was a volunteer at Meritus Medical before she took ill. She is survived by one brother, Norman (Mary Jo) Noftsier, Grass Valley, CA; one son, David A. Intorcia (Kathy) Hinsdale, IL; two daughters, Deborah L. Rossman (Robert), Williamsport, MD, and Jo Anne Myers (William), Hagerstown, MD; seven grandchildren, Michael (JC) Rossman, Frederick, MD, Ryan Rossman (Jenesia), Wallkill, New York, Gera (Rodney) Faith, Hagerstown, MD, Billie Jo (Jonathan) Robinson, Hagerstown, MD, Megan (Jason) Unger, Hagerstown, MD, Nicholas Intorcia, Iowa City, IA, and Lauren Intorcia, Chicago, IL; five great grandchildren, Allison and Rylee Rossman, Frederick, MD, William and Joseph Faith, Hagerstown, MD, and Clara Robinson, Hagerstown, MD. She is also survived by four special people, Randy (Angel) Korte, son, Cole, Chico, CA, and Kathleen Fisher of Thornton, CO. Gerrys remains will be placed along with her husbands in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park at the convenience of the family. There will be a private funeral service for the family.
