George Edward Wyand, 70, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020, at Doeys House. Born April 30, 1950 in Hagerstown, MD, he is the son of Edith (Wilson) Wyand and the late Franklin "Red" Wyand. He loved the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. He enjoyed socializing, and he loved his grandkids. George is survived by his daughter, Amanda Seiders and her children, Tanner and Aspen; son, George Wyand, Jr.; two sisters, Gloria Schlotterbeck and husband, George, and Dora Jean Wyand; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, George was preceded in death by two brothers, John Franklin Wyand and Randy Eugene Wyand. All services are private. Arrangements made by Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E.
