George M. Constable, 80, of Hagerstown MD passed away Friday March 23, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born Jan 8, 1938 in Washington, DC, he was the son of the late Marvin Eugene and Madeline (Holt) Constable. George graduated from Anacostia High School in Washington DC and served in the US Army at Fort Chaffee, AR. He worked for his father in their family bakery, then for Southland Corp for 22 years. He retired in 2014 from AC&T in Hagerstown, MD. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Frances "Christine" Constable; son Keith A. Constable of Austin, TX; daughter Keri L. (Constable) Churchey and her husband Donald; grandchildren Donnie, Luke and Alisha Churchey of Hagerstown, MD; sisters Patricia A. Zack and Mary E. Constable of Laurel, MD. A private memorial will be held at the convenience of the family.
