FREYA DANELLE OWEN, 2 months, 23 days old, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on July 24, 2015 at her home. Born May 1, 2015, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of Jacob Matthew Owen and Heather Deneen Harper Owen. Besides her parents, Freya is survived by one sister, Aeryauna Owen of Hagerstown; Paternal Grandmother, Hazel Rowe of Hagerstown, Maternal Grandfather, Roland Harper; Paternal grandfather, Joseph Owen Sr. and Maternal Great-Grandfather, Larry Rowe Sr. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
