FRANKLIN TERRIL JONES, JR., 48, of 428 W. Franklin St., Hagerstown, died June 12, 2008. Born November 1, 1959 in Hagerstown, MD he was the son of Shirley Jones of Hagerstown and the late Franklin T. Jones, Sr.. Besides his mother he is survived by a daughter, Samantha K. Ford of Hagerstown and a son, Paul F.T. Jones of Hagerstown; two brothers, Donald Cole of Lothian, MD and John Turner of Hagerstown two grandchildren, Roger J. Neal and Dorothy A. Jones; girlfriend, Betty Markel; and a nephew. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sherry Knapp and a brother, Ronald Cole. Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 1:00pm at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, 17636 W. Washington St., Hagerstown with Rev. J. Norman Mayer officiating. There will be no viewing.
