Frank DeWayne Wiley, Sr., 76, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Doey's House.

Born December 14, 1946 in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Marshall E. and Laura B. (Linn) Wiley.

He served with the US Army and was a proud military veteran. He was a member of the AMVETS Post 10, VFW 1936, American Legion Funkstown Post 211, and Williamsport Red Men Tribe 84.

Frank is survived by his son, Frank DeWayne Wiley, Jr. (Kim); grandchildren, Adriane Heiden, Cody Heiden, and Nikkie Markley (Jonathan); great grandson, Matthew Wiley; sister, Betty Jane Lushbaugh; and son-in-law, Travis Heiden.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Marie Wiley, and his daughter, Angela R. Heiden.

The funeral service will be held at 11am on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Rev. Randall Reid will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10am.
