Obituary

Frank "Frankie" Anthony Sacchi Jr., 53, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2023. He was born on August 23, 1969 to the late Frank Anthony Sacchi Sr. and Jeanne Ann Leonardo Sacchi.

Frank loved his family and always wanted what was best for them. He enjoyed collecting toy trains and cars with his dad, going to old car shows with his sister, Renee and niece, Caitlin-Rose. Frank also helped his father with making wooden toys for children. Frank enjoyed going to Panera Bread and hanging out with his best friend, David Sookdeo and his other friends at Panera Bread. He also enjoyed going to Silt Café and hanging out with his friend, Gary Plummer. Frank worked at Martin's Grocery store in the North Point Plaza. He loved celebrating Christmas and other holidays with his sister, Jennifer and her family as well as cookouts and bonfires with his niece, Caitlin-Rose and her family. He had a crazy sense of humor and enjoyed teasing family and friends alike.

The family would like to give a special mention to life-long friends, Judith Ford "Aunt Judy" and family and to Billie Jo Snyder-Steigleman and family – Thank you for always being a part of our lives and for loving Frankie.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rose Bianco-Sacchi-Strahle, Nano Sacchi, Walter Strahle, Vi Leonardo, and Vincent Leonardo, his great-grandparents, and his uncle, Freddie Brooker.

Frank is survived by his sisters, Renee A. Sacchi and Jennifer L. Sacchi-Baker, his nieces and nephews, Caitlin-Rose Sacchi-Munson and her husband, William Munson, Christina Baker and her husband, Spencer Farley, Wayne Baker and his wife, Morgan Baker, Daniel Baker, and "his funny face niece", Jeannie Baker, his great-nieces and nephews, Giavanna Munson, Reagan-Rose Munson, Memphis Munson, Haven Munson, Addison Farley, Eleanor Farley, and Jaxon Baker, his aunt, Catherine Brooker and her family, his cousins, Catherine Simmons, Patrick Brooker, Michelle Brooker, Tom Campagna, and Joanne Lyle and their families, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins all loved by Frankie.
