Frank Lee Oscar, 88, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, December 13, 2022. Born June 26, 1934, in Prosperity, WV, he was the son of the late Frank A. and Christie (Lilly) Oscar.

He was a carpenter by trade and a veteran of the U. S. Army. Frank enjoyed Thanksgiving with his family.

Frank is survived by his wife, Georgia Oscar, who he had been married to for 62 years; his daughters, Brenda Price (Dennis), of Silver Spring, MD, and Shelby Kidwell (James), of Hagerstown, MD; three granddaughters, Jamie Hansen (Josh), of Renton, WA, Jessica Kidwell, of Hagerstown, MD, and Ashleigh Price, of Silver Spring, MD. He has one sibling left, sister, Tina Rakes.
