FRANCES L. SEIBERT, 83, of 17811 Woodcrest Road, Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Saturday, February 3, 2007 at the Washington County Hospital. Born September 24, 1923 in Washington County Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Edward and Rosie Mae Smith Shank. She retired from Fairchild Aircraft. She attended Grace Brethren Church. She loved playing bingo. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, David L. Seibert; a daughter, Linda Likely of Maugansville, Md.; four sons, Gary Sellman and wife Linda, of Boonsboro, Md., Gregory Hoover and wife Barbara of Hagerstown, Md., Rodney Butts and wife Charlene of Clear Spring, Md. and Kevin Butts and wife Laura of Clarksville, Md.; a daughter-in-law, Sharon Butts of Williamsport, Md.; two sisters, Hazel Smith of Maugansville, Md. and Esther Martin of Zullinger, Pa.; a brother, Russell Shank of Boonsboro, Md.; 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Steven Butts, a sister, Agnes Moore and 3 brothers, Omar Shank, Donald Shank and Raymond Shank. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a. m. Wednesday at the MINNICH FUNERAL HOME, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. The Rev. John R. Miller will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
