Frances Lucille Paris (Faith), age 84 of Hagerstown, MD passed away on February 27, 2025, at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore.

Known as "Fran" to friends, she was a graduate of the Washington County Hospital School of Nursing. She worked at Waynesboro Hospital as a pediatric nurse until accepting a position as an industrial nurse at Grove Manufacturing until her retirement in 1997.

Frances was a devoted stepmother to four children, Rebecca Jo Lohr (husband, Steve), Samuel Thomas Paris II (wife, Debbie), Robert Lemuel Paris, and Timothy Lawrence Paris (wife, Nicole). Frances and her niece, Debbie, were raised in the same household and maintained a particularly close relationship throughout her life. In addition, she is survived by eight grandchildren, Christine, Andrew, Bradley, Abigail, Kayley, Bethany, Cassandra, and Amelia, one great-grandchild, Maverick, and her niece, Brenda Loveless. She was most happy hosting family at home and at her beach house in Delaware. The entire family always looked forward to Grammie's home cooking in any venue.

As a life-long member of Christ's Reformed Church in Hagerstown, Fran was a dedicated Christian, serving in many capacities throughout her life. Along with others, she was particularly proud of serving others as a member of the parish nursing program.

Fran was preceded in death by her parents, Lowell Cleatus Faith and Lillian Edna Faith (Neibert), a sister, Bernadine Virginia Glosser, her husband, Samuel Riffe Paris, and her stepson, Robert Lemuel Paris.

Family and friends are welcomed for a visitation on Friday, March 7, 2025, from 6:00pm – 8:00pm and one hour prior to the service on Saturday at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard in Hagerstown.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 1:00pm at the funeral home. Rev. Mary Jane Norville will officiate.

Interment will take place at Broadfording Church Cemetery in Hagerstown.
