FRANCES MILDRED HOLSINGER, 98, a resident of 1183 Luther Drive, Ravenwood Lutheran Village, Hagerstown, died on Friday, November 10, 2006 at her residence. Born November 6, 1908 in Hagerstown, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late George and Nora C. Spessard Lefever. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Alfred Holsinger on January 10, 1970. She was a member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church. She is survived by cousins. Services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Rev. Dr. Stephen D. Robison will officiate. There will be no viewing.
