FRANCES MARGARET CROSSWHITE, 91, of Williamsport, MD, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, MD. Born May 8, 1924 in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late David Milton and Frances C. Heil Brinton. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Frank M. Crosswhite. She graduated from Georgetown University School of Nursing in 1948. Frances had a career as an Operating Room Nurse with Washington County Hospital, retiring in 1989. She was a member of First Christian Church, Washington County Auxiliary, AARP, and Homewood Auxiliary. Frances is survived by one daughter, Beverly Ann Rouzer of Randallstown, MD; one sister, Doris J. Moore of Hagerstown, MD; one niece; one nephew; several great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Services will be held 11am Monday, June 15, 2015 at Minnich Funeral Home, 415. E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD. Rev. Richard Knoll will officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
