EUGENE ROLLIE HUYETT, 81, of Hagerstown died Saturday, December 13 at the Washington County Hospital. Born August 8, 1927 in Hagerstown he is the son of the late Milton Huyett and the late Audrey Haines Naugle. He is retired from the City of Hagerstown Street Department. He was a former member of Eagles Inc. and the Moose Lodge. He is survived by his wife Eva Chaney Huyett; a son, Milton W. Huyett of Chambersburg, PA; a sister, Margaretta Kline of Hagerstown; five grandchildren, three great grandchildren; special nieces and nephews, Bonnie Flannery of PA, Rosie Winters of WV, Sonja Roadarmel of Maugansville, MD, Donald Long of Hagerstown, Freddy Hafer of PA and Albert Hafer of Williamsport, MD; and several other nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a sister, Geraldine Long; a brother, Milton Huyett, Jr; and a grandson. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd with Rev. Louis L. Emerick officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, 7:00-9:00 pm at the funeral home.
