ERNEST PAUL DAVIES, JR., 65, of 10349 Whitewasher Way, Columbia, Maryland, died on Wednesday, March 22, 2006 at his home. Born June 20, 1940 in Hagerstown, Maryland, he was the son of the late Ernest Paul Davies, Sr. and Edna Mae Spielman Davies. He graduated from North Hagerstown High School in 1958, and from the University of Maryland. He retired from Quadrangle Development Corporation as Chief Accounting Officer in Washington, D. C. He was a member of the Masons. He earned his Eagle Scout Rank with Troop 9 of Hagerstown, in 1958. He is survived by two daughters, Susan E. Davies of Columbia, Maryland, and Mary Christine Schultz of Annapolis, Maryland; one son, Michael P. Davies of Hagerstown; five grandchildren; and former wives, Joan Reese King of Annapolia, Maryland, and Carole Flegal of Hagerstown. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a. m. Monday at the MINNICH FUNERAL HOME, 415 East Wilson Boulevard. Rev. Louis L. Emerick will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 6 to 8 p. m. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, P. O.
