EMMA VALENTINE BREEDEN, 88, of 14510 Heavenly Acres, Hancock, Md. died on Wednesday, November15, 2006 at the Williamsport Nursing Home. Born February 13, 1918 in Hagerstown, Md. she was the daughter of the late Archie and Jennie Nagle Cauffman. She retired from Maryland Ribbon Factory. She is survived by three daughters, Marylan Kochera of Hancock, Pat Derr and Sarah Stevens, both of Hagerstown; two brothers, Leroy Cauffman and John Cauffman, both of Hagerstown; 17 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Julia G. Kline; three sons, Arthur W. Derr, Philip J. Derr and Charles Derr; three sisters, Martha Smith, Julia Woodring and Sarah Mills; and four brothers, Arthur Cauffman and Archie Cauffman, Charles Cauffman and James Cauffman. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at MINNICH FUNERAL HOME, 415 East Wilson Blvd. The Rev. John C. Hoffman will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park The family will receive friends at the funeral home. on Friday evening from 7 to 9 p.m
