ELLA (TOOTS) PERRELL, 75, of Boonsboro, Maryland, passed away Friday, June 17, 2016 at Meritus Medical Center. Born January 19, 1941, in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late George William and Frances Elizabeth Davis Jones. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul R. Perrell. She was an avid Bingo player. She is survived by one daughter, Paula Kidwell and husband, Michael; one son, Ronald Palmer, Jr.; one sister, Helen Ayers; two brothers, Ronald Jones and George Jones; three grandchildren, Kelsey Kidwell, Karley Kidwell and Ronald Palmer, III; two great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by two sisters, Lois Palmer and Betty Jane Shoop and two brothers, William Jones and George Jones. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 23, 2016 at Rose Hill Cemetery, 600 South Potomac Street, Hagerstown. The Rev. Bill Divelbiss will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, from 6 to 8 p.m.
