Elizabeth C. Ridenour, 100, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2026. Born November 1, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Snyder and the late Eva (Martin) Snyder.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda (the late Ron) Everly, son Douglas (Denise Painter); grandchildren Kara (Bob) Moore, Craig (Jennifer) Everly, Lindsay Ridenour, and Steven (Stephanie Kennedy) Ridenour; six great grandchildren, Benjamin Moore, Juliette Moore, Addison Everly, Layla Everly, Alex Moore, and Chase Ridenour; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Ridenour; sisters, Arvella Snyder, Charlotte Hoover, Mary Goetz, and Ruby Staley; brothers, Herbert Snyder, James Snyder, and Carl Boncord.

Elizabeth worked at Fairchild Aircraft out of high school, and then at the A&P Grocery Store for many years.

Family will receive friends at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown, MD, on Friday, August 21, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., with funeral services beginning at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, Williamsport, MD.
