ELIZABETH LAVADA MASON, 72, of 14123 Zinnia Lane, Hagerstown, Maryland, died Sunday, April 2, 2006 at her home. Born October 14, 1933 in Clear Spring, Maryland, she was the daughter of Orpha C. Shoemaker Weaver of Hagerstown, Maryland and the late Maurice C. Weaver. She retired from the cafeteria department of Washington County Board of Education at Bester Elementary School. She attended Valley Grace Brethren Church. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Donald B.L. Mason; one aunt and several cousins. Services will be at 11:00 Wednesday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard, Hagerstown, Maryland. The Rev. Daniel J. Pritchett will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
