Elijah James Hardy, 5, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Friday, October 4, 2019. He was born on September 30, 2014 to his parents, James Lee Hardy and Jennifer Bolf Hardy. Elijah loved playing baseball for The American Little League on Mill Street. He was part of the CDF Erectors team. He also enjoyed his time learning at Bester Elementary school alongside his classmates. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Eleanor Hardy. In addition to his parents, Elijah is survived by his sisters, Brittany Moore, Brianna Moore, and Elexys Hardy, his brothers, Lamour Washington, Spencer Wolters-Hardy, Landen Cooper, and Exaviar Bolf-Hardy, his grandparents, Jeff and Vickie Bolf, several nieces and nephews, and many aunts and uncles who loved him dearly. Family and friends are welcomed for a visitation on Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 5-8pm at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard in Hagerstown. A celebration of Elijahs life will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at 3:00pm at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Rose Hill Cemetery in Hagerstown on Monday, October 14, 2019 at 1:00pm. The family encourages anyone attending services to please wear casual, colorful clothing in honor of Elijah.
