EDITH VIRGINIA SEIBERT, 79, formerly of Williamsport, Maryland, died on Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at the Homewood Nursing Home in Williamsport, Maryland. Born April 4, 1929 in Hagerstown, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Walter Perry and Mary Pearl Harsh Beckley. She was preceded in death by her husband, David G. Seibert, Sr. on July 20, 1985. She was a member of Salem Reformed Church. She was a volunteer at Homewood Retirement Village. She is survived by two sons, David G. Seibert, Jr. of Richmond, Virginia, and Stephen Seibert of Rockville, Maryland; four sisters, Mary Plank, Betty Eckstine, and JoAnn Saunders, all of Hagerstown, and Margaret Sprecher of Williamsport, Maryland; two brothers, Elmer Beckley, and Paul Beckley, both of Hagerstown; companion, Downey Harshman of Williamsport, Maryland; and five loving grandchildren. David's three daughters Keriann, Jaime, and Dana; and Stephen's two sons Patrick and Andrew. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Elizabeth Grab, and Genevieve Schnebly; and one brother, Walter Beckley, Jr. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a. m. Monday at Salem Reformed Church, 13182 Salem Church Road, Hagerstown. Rev. Steve Wagoner will officiate. Burial will be in Salem Reformed Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard on Sunday from 6 to 8 p. m., and on Monday at the church from 10:30 a. m. to 11:00 a. m.
