Dwayne Alan Rowland, age 58, passed away on June 14,2026 at his home in Hagerstown, MD, after a two-year battle with cancer.

He was born on April 21st, 1968, at Hahn Air Base, Germany, to Norman and Doris (Olden) Rowland.

He graduated from North High School in 1987. He was a retired firefighter, a dedicated football coach, and was an avid fisher.

Dwayne is survived by his three children; Courtney Mulligan, and her husband, Zach, Nickolaus Rowland, and Ashlee Rowland; a granddaughter, Baylee Mulligan; and sisters, Trish Rowland and Deann Routson, and her husband, Mark.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Doris Rowland.
