DORTHEA MAE (DOTTIE) MYERS, 76, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away Saturday November 5, 2016 at her home with Sierra and Tyler by her side. Born November 24, 1939, in Washington County, MD, she was the daughter of late Leland G. and Evelyn Huff Myers. She was previously employed with Citi Financial. Dottie enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family, was known by children as Muzz. She also loved karaoke. She was a member of Hagerstown Bible Church. Dottie is survived by one daughter, Patricia Knode of Hagerstown; three sons, Ronnie Schroyer of Martinsburg, WV, Denny Schroyer of Hedgesville, WV and Dale Schroyer of Hagerstown; one half-sister, Marjorie Tressler of Waynesboro, PA and one half-brother, Barry Myers of Cumberland, MD; nine grandchildren, three granddaughter-in-laws and fifteen great grandchildren. Services will be at 11:00 Friday, November 11, 2016, at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd., Hagerstown. Rev Dale R. Carver will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park in Williamsport. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 10, 2016, at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m.
