DOROTHY BELL PEDDICORD, 78, of Hagerstown, Maryland, died on Sunday, January 23, 2005 at her home. Born January 7, 1927 in Clear Spring, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Rush and Mary Bryan Hawbaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Horace Clay Fogle in 1959. She was retired from Grove Manufacturing in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. She is survived by one daughter, Julie Wuslich of Arlington, Virginia; one son, Neil Fogle of Hagerstown; three sisters, Mildred Harbaugh of Hagerstown, Barbara Ramsey of Williamsport, Maryland, and Martha Hunley of Florida; four brothers, Frederick Hawbaker, Dave Hawbaker, and Eddie Hawbaker, all of Hagerstown, and Dick Hawbaker of Clear Spring, Maryland; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother, Rush Hawbaker, Jr. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a. m. Friday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 7 to 9 p. m.
