DOROTHY VIRGINIA (PALMER) HULL, 93, of Martinsburg, WV, passed away peacefully at her home on October 23, 2015, with her family by her side. Born September 28, 1922, in Bakersville, MD, she was the daughter of the late Fenton Luther and Maggie Florence Palmer. She was proudly employed as a cook at McCory's in downtown Hagerstown, and retired from there after 23 years. Dot loved to do crossword puzzles, enjoyed catching up with people on Facebook, and watching Judge Judy, Price is Right, and Dancing with the stars. She truly loved her family dearly and will be missed by many. Dot is survived by six daughters, Margaret Hammond, and husband Larry, Alice Cox, Glenda Green, and husband Buck, Norma Kopka, and husband Henry, Jackie Keefer, and husband Steve, and Darlene Cuddy, and husband Eddie; one son Donnie Hull, and wife Sue; sister Annabell Clark; 15 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Glenn Hull; son Calvin Eugene Hull; a grandson; five brothers; and 2 sisters. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, October 27th, at Minnich Funeral Home, 415 E. Wilson Blvd. Pastor Bill Divelbiss will officiate. Burial will be in St. Paul's Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
