DOROTHEA MAE (DOTTIE) WELLER, 74, of Hagerstown, Md., died on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at her home. Born April 3, 1935 in Hagerstown, Md., she was the daughter of the late Paul Sylvanus and Ida Mildred Hogan Weller. She was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Weller on March 28, 1995. She was employed with FirstLook Photo. She was a member of the Morris Frock Post 42 Auxiliary, The American Legion, the Elks Club 378 of Hagerstown, and the Red Men #84 of Williamsport. She was a member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church for fifty-six years. She is survived by one daughter, Kathy Gelwicks and husband Michael of Hagerstown; one brother, Paul S. Weller, Jr. of Chevy Chase, Md.; nieces and nephews; and aunts and uncles. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a. m. Wednesday at the Minnich Funeral Home, 415 East Wilson Boulevard. Rev. Dr. Stephen D. Robison will officiate. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p. m.
