Doris Amelia Reynard, 89, of Hagerstown, MD, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2020, at Hagerstown Healthcare Center. Born September 26, 1931 in Fairview, MD, she was the daughter of the late George McClellan, Sr. and Gladys Viola (Frush) Gordon. Doris worked for Sears Receiving in Hagerstown for 35 years. She loved to read. She was very knowledgeable and enjoyed listening, learning, and discussing the facts on a variety of topics. She had a strong faith in God and loved her church family at Broadfording Church of God in Hagerstown. Doris is survived by her two sons, Jackie Reynard, Jr. (Brenda) and Kelly Reynard (Debbie); two grandsons, Ronnie and Larry Wolfe, Jr.; and one great-grandson, Xavier Wolfe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Jackie Reynard, Sr., in 2007; one daughter, Jeannie C. Lawrence; two brothers, George M. Gordon, Jr. and Larry G. Gordon; one half-sister, Marie P. Robinson; and one great-granddaughter, Emma Bennett. The family would like to give a special thanks to Hospice of Washington County. All services are private.
