DORIS IRENE FRYER, 91, of Hagerstown, Maryland passed away Friday, February 26, 2016 at Ravenwood Lutheran Village. Born August 22, 1924 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Paul H. and Margaret A. Lindauer Fryer. Doris retired from Nicodemus Bank. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Doris enjoyed traveling, Ice skating, swimming and spending time with her family. She is survived by two nephews, Douglas P. Fryer and wife Kathleen of Plant City, FL and David A. Fryer and wife, Sharon of Mathews, NC. She was preceded in death by a brother, Paul M. Fryer. Graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, 17636 West Washington Street, Hagerstown, MD. Chaplain Jeffrey Casto will officiate.
